Ordering and Shipping
We respond your ordering as fast as possible. You will recive a confirmation-mail,
that contents all the dates – your order, fee, bank acount etc. -.
There we declare the expected shipping duration. Certainly we
inform you if one item is sold out totally.
- we purchase flat rates for shipping as following :
2,50 € for Germany
6,00 € for EU-Europe and Switzerland
12,00 € for the rest of the World
- Orders are brought out after cash receipt within the delivery period
that we notified you in the e-mail
- Make sure we recive the total amount of money by paying all the fees for
an internatianal money transaction.
Complaints and returns
- We take back every item from our shop within 14 days after receipt.
The products may not be used, only tried. Do not wash the shirts!
In cases of damage we can only return the debased value.
- Claim if you simply want back your money or e.g. the shirt in another size.
In the first case please send over your bank details!
- Do your compaints to the adress given under ‘contact us’ via e-mail, postal service or phon.
